코멘트: 사실 리뷰가 좋지 않아 다른데로 갈까 했는데, 집에서 엄청 가깝고 시간이 얼마 안남아서 결국엔 여기로 했는데 정말 여길 오길 잘 한거 같아요. 대리님 정말 친절하시고 스벅 쿠폰도 챙겨주시고 그리고 제가 국민은행 사용하면서 필요해 보일것도 알아서 챙겨주시고 정말 너무 감사드립니다.Honestly, I planned on going to a different branch, but it was close to where I was and there was not much time left before closing, so I went here instead. However, I think it was a good idea that I gave this place a chance.My experience here was great! The assistant manager that assisted me explained so kindly and even showed me that there is a Paris Baguette or Starbucks event and even helped me get it.Plus, she even assisted me in things I might be uncomfortable while using KB Bank. I should have mentioned it myself, but I usually just forget and come for the things I might need at the moment, but for her to be the one to mention it first even though it was already past closing time made me really grateful.I waited here more than the people who came after me, but I guess the number that was assigned to me kind of takes a bit more time, and I did appreciate the work the assistant manager has done. I usually dont write reviews much unless I feel thankful, but I felt the need to since all the reviews are so bad here and I wanted to show my gratitude for the awesome service I just got ahaha^^Really thank you so much☺️❤
